We believe in collecting only what's necessary — nothing more.

We do NOT collect:

• Full names of children
• Photos, videos, or voice recordings
• Location or device data
• Contact lists or behavioural profiling

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide and personalise course access
• Track course completion and issue certificates
• Support user experience and safety
• Meet legal obligations under the POCSO Act

We never use your data for marketing, selling to third parties, or surveillance.

• No login is required for basic modules
• All child-related activity is anonymised
• Parental or teacher guidance is encouraged
• No personal identifiers are shown or shared

We protect your data with:

• End-to-end encryption
• Secure servers with limited access
• Strict role-based permissions
• Daily monitoring for potential threats

We keep your data private. We may share it only with law enforcement if legally required, with schools or NGOs under secure agreements, or with platform vendors under strict confidentiality. We never share your data for commercial purposes.

You can request access, corrections, deletions, or withdraw consent. Parents or guardians can act on behalf of minors.

• NGOs: Anonymised data used for impact reporting.
• Public: Optional email used only for communication or certificates.

• Course activity logs (anonymised): Retained for 12 months
• Certificates and support emails: Retained for up to 3 years
• User identifiers (if any): Deleted after inactivity or on request

Our platform does not use tracking cookies or third-party tools that collect identifiable user data. Any basic platform analytics are anonymised and used solely to enhance learning outcomes.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
